At Kamarati Stores, customer satisfaction and hygiene are equally important to us. We aim to provide premium intimate wear and related products with complete privacy, comfort, and confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customer safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lingerie and intimate wear that has been tried on, worn, washed, or used.

  • Bodysuits, panties, stockings, shapewear, and similar intimate products.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Kamarati Stores reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

  3. Our team will review the request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong size received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by Kamarati Stores.

  • For all other approved returns or exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Rejections

Refunds or exchanges may not be approved if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

  • Original packaging or tags are missing.

  • Return request is made after the allowed timeframe.

  • The product falls under non-returnable categories.
